We guarantee to email you your requested diagrams within 24-hours of your purchase! We also send out a second confirmation email to let you know that your order was sent. Order processing hours are from 9AM to 5 PM (Pacific) 7 days a week ... but we usually process orders later. Orders received after 2 PM may be considered as received at 9 AM the next day for the purposes of this guarantee.In the event that we fail to send you your order within this time-frame, we will promptly refund you your complete purchase price
(and still send you your order) ... though we have never missed this deadline!
