We guarantee to email you the link to download your requested diagrams within 4-hours of your purchase! We also send out a second email from a different email server ... to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Guaranteed order processing hours are from 9AM to 5 PM (Pacific) 7 days a week ... but we normally process Priority Orders until later in the evening. Orders received after 5 PM may be considered as received at 9 AM the next day for the purposes of this guarantee.In the event that we fail to send you your
order within this time-frame, we will promptly refund you the difference between
the Priority Service and our Basic Service ($14) ... though we have never missed this deadline!
